"Will Your Real Estate Help
or
Hurt Your Family Legacy?"

We are offering a free workshop for homeowners, investors, and families on how to keep real estate from tearing families apart — and turn it into wealth that lasts for generations.

Who should attend this workshop?

This workshop is designed for homeowners, real estate investors, landlords, trustees, executors, retirees, and anyone who wants to better understand how real estate can be used to build, protect, and preserve family wealth.

Do I need to own investment property to attend?

No. Whether you own your primary residence, rental properties, inherited property, land, or are simply planning for the future, you'll gain valuable insights and strategies.

Will this workshop cover estate planning?

While we are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, we will discuss how real estate planning, trusts, inheritance, and property ownership decisions can impact your family's future and help you know what questions to ask your legal and financial advisors.

Will you discuss capital gains taxes?

Yes. We will cover common tax considerations for property owners and investors, including strategies that may help preserve wealth and reduce unnecessary tax burdens.

Is this a sales presentation?

No. This is an educational workshop designed to provide information and strategies that property owners can use to make more informed decisions. There will be an opportunity to schedule a private consultation if you'd like additional guidance.

What will I learn?

Topics may include:

Protecting your family's wealth through real estate

Avoiding common family disputes involving property

Understanding inheritance and property transfer considerations

Capital gains tax planning concepts

Real estate strategies for retirement and legacy planning

Creating a plan for future generations

Can I bring my spouse, family member, trustee, or financial advisor?

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage spouses, adult children, trustees, and trusted advisors to attend together so everyone hears the same information.

Is there a cost to attend?

No. This workshop is complimentary, but registration is required due to limited seating.

How long is the workshop?

The workshop is approximately 2 hours, including time for questions and answers.

Will food or refreshments be provided?

Light refreshments will be available. (Modify based on your plans.)

What should I bring?

Bring a notebook, your questions, and any family members involved in future real estate or estate planning decisions.

What if I'm helping aging parents?

This workshop is especially valuable for adult children helping parents make decisions about housing, investments, inheritance, downsizing, or long-term planning.

Why should I attend now instead of waiting?

Many families don't discover planning mistakes until a major life event occurs. Learning your options before a crisis can help protect relationships, reduce stress, and preserve more of the wealth you've worked hard to build.

What is Real Estate Planning?

Real Estate Planning is the process of making informed decisions about your home, investment properties, and other real estate assets to help achieve your retirement, wealth, and family legacy goals.

The goal is to help families build, protect, and preserve wealth through real estate while minimizing unnecessary taxes, avoiding common mistakes, and creating a smoother path for future generations.
